Hi, EU702 is an old model so the update program is not available right now. But we are considering the update service for it.

Reply to 2 floor: Are you still "considering"? Are your engineers already working? We (the customers) just need the update files. Put them on your website, pc-link will work. Show that you care about your customers. There are many manufacturers who give long term support, and not only for their newest products. Or do you stop support when you stop selling it?

We are trying best to cover the old products. But we will focus on the new models.

At first we were thinking that Maxidiag series was a updatable product but you have to pay for the update fee. Then we found out there are some hardware restrictions to this series, so we develop a new model, Maxidiag Elite. We have changed the whole software structure for this new model, so it is impossible to move the software to the old Maxidiag series. Considering the high cost for a update annual fee, I think it is a more popolar idea to purchase a new model, which just costs 100 more.
